Within our quality standards there are comprehensive systems for controlling and monitoring our activities, as well as auditing procedures to ensure compliance, and enabling improvement of those standards where necessary.
Our Quality policy is monitored in conjunction with our Health & Safety policy.
Monthly audits are conducted by an independant assessor reporting to our Quality Manager who controls and manages our quality system. External audits are undertaken annually ensuring compliance with the procedures set and the 'Quality Standard'. |
