IWC completed the above project in 2015.  Work involved the fit only of entrance and internal doors, ironmongery, supply and fit skirting and window boards.  Kitchens were also fitted to all townhouses.

 

The project included the construction of 146 dwellings consisting of mixed social and market apartments and12 townhouses at the ISV site Cardiff Bay. The ISV Offices consists of 89 affordable units as part of the neighbouring Cardiff Pointe Development.

IWC are currently working on this project.  Work involves the installation of 1st fix, 2nd fix, finals and cladding to all houses and apartments at the above project.  We also supply trespa cladding and helping hand system to the project which is managed by a team of IWC operatives.

 

Paintworks is an eclectic mix of 1 & 2 two bedroom apartments, 3 & 4 bed houses plus live/work units along the Riverside.

The £1m project consisted of 210 1 and 2 bedroom apartments over a number of blocks.  All blocks are adjacent to the marina offering excellent views of the estuary and the Severn Bridge.
