The development consists of two buildings - the northern building contains 2,3,4 and 6 bed apartments whilst the south consists of studios and twodios.  Community facilities include a gym, library and a cinema to complement the students stay.

A £43 million student accomodation for the University of Bath. The large student complex  boasts 708 bedrooms. The new buildings were erected as pre cast concrete frames with bathroom pods and bedrooms in five blocks ranging from 9 storeys to 5 storeys.

A new 122-bedroom Hotel Indigo opened in May 2017. It is located in the former Dominion House office building in the centre of Cardiff.


In common with other Indigo Hotels, the guest rooms in Cardiff feature the characteristics unique to the local area. Hence Hotel Indigo Cardiff will highlight three recurring themes: Made in Wales, Industry and Music.


Hotel Indigo Cardiff also includes a Marco Pierre White rooftop restaurant and bar, similar to the one at Hotel Indigo in Birmingham.

Gloucester Custody Suite is a hi-tech building boasts 50 cells, two van docks to bring in suspects, four desks to process them and a number of holding cells for those waiting to be processed.
Each cell has an intercom and microphone to be in constant communication with prisoners and include a bed, sink and toilet.
It is all controlled from a futuristic-looking control room on a raised platform where officers will have an almost 360 view of the building, seeing into every holding cell and all four cell wings.
Every single room in the building has state-of-the-art CCTV in place and sophisticated alarm systems mean if one is triggered large screens in the control room automatically switch to the camera in that particular room.

Parc Prison

The £20 million project in Southville was one of the biggest construction projects in Bristol that year. BAM built a four-storey concrete-framed building with a zinc-clad frontage on land at Winterstoke Road owned by Imperial Tobacco. The building replaced factory units and used a wide range of natural materials in its 83,000-plus square feet.

 

Performing Arts Centre

Musgrove Park Hospital

St Teilos High School

The £26m investment was a joint venture between Cardiff Council and The Church in Wales.  It was funded by Cardiff Council's Schools Organisation programme and the Welsh Government's 21st Century Schools programme.  The school now houses over 1200 pupils.

 

The new school building provides first rate learning, sports and recreational facilities. St.Teilo’s also has an ambitious vision for ICT and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the school, including external spaces. A key design feature is the rounded façade which envelopes an outdoor area that takes the form of an amphitheatre, creating a place that can be used for socializing as well as holding outdoor events.
 

Merthyr Learning Quarter

Tedworth House is fully adapted and offers over 50 en-suite bedrooms and four family suites. The Centre has a range of specialist rooms for adaptive sports, education courses, relaxation and socializing which have been designed to ensure the best possible recovery.

The magnificent new facilities provide an ideal environment for the public to use the unique collection of documents.  The building also provides lecture and group facilities so people can learn more about using the resources. There is also a modern archive conservation studio where you can see the delicate work of repair and conservation carried out.
